Adam Dizer – School-based counselor at Fairview Elementary School
Adam grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in computer science from Harding University in 2007, Adam remained in Arkansas while working towards his Education Specialist degree. In the fall of 2014, Adam completed his professional counseling license while working with children and families for a non-profit community mental health agency in Northwest Arkansas. Adam moved back home to Tennessee in 2017 as a licensed professional counselor with a mental health specialist provider specification. At this time Adam was introduced to Mercy while working in supportive at Winstead Elementary in Williamson County. Adam believes in what Mercy stands for because he is able to combine the love and compassion of Jesus with his passion to help children and their families.
In his personal time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, creating music, trail running, and a good movie, book, or video game.
