Mercy Community Healthcare wants to provide patients with excellent customer service while making sure each receives the medical attention they need. The following tips will help ensure you get the best experience.
Arrive Early
For your first appointment, please bring a list of all current medications as well as the pill bottle prescribed, so the drug name and dosage can be added to your chart. At each visit we will review your medications for changes. If there are changes, please bring the changes and the pill bottle prescribed.
Plan on arriving 15 to 20 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary patient registration.
No Show Polic
If you need to miss an appointment for any reason, please contact Mercy immediately. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a no-show. Three no-shows in a 12-month time period could lead to a possible discharge
Languages
Mercy offers translation services for patients who speak any language as well as American Sign Language.
Walk-Ins
For your convenience, Mercy offers limited walk-in appointments for adult and pediatric acute care medical needs. Please call ahead for hours and wait time.
