YEAR-END GIVING will focus on the family
Lack of access to affordable healthcare is negatively affecting families in America and in our own community. People are seeking care in emergency rooms and urgent care facilities.
That's why having a healthcare home is so important for well and sick visits and counseling and psychiatric appointments, and connections to social service programs. Mercy offers treatment plans for chronic illnesses and crisis counseling for adults and children.
The cost per visit for someone without insurance is $125. Mercy offers a sliding fee payment schedule based on household income & size then we raise the difference between the amount the patient pays and the actual cost of their care through community donors, like you!
Last year, Mercy providers led 67,758 patient visits for primary care, mental healthcare and Patient & Family Support! With this healthcare demand comes the challenge to raise awareness and funds to help cover the costs of a population in need. Will you help keep our community healthy?
Thank you for your generous support! Questions? Don't hesitate to contact Donor Relations Manager, Lisa Frazier at LisaF@Mercytn.org.
