COVID-19 Vaccine

Mercy Community Healthcare is offering vaccines to Tennesseans 18 years old and above. We are administering the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. This is a two-dose vaccine series separated by 28 days.

COVID Booster Information: The FDA has approved a booster dose for the Moderna vaccine. This booster dose is administered as a half dose (0.25mL), 5 months after the completion of the primary series to the following eligible groups:

  • anyone 18 years and older

Patients who completed a different series, such as Pfizer or J&J, can mix and match their booster dose. For example, a patient who received the Pfizer series initially, can receive the Moderna vaccine for the booster dose.

Mercy is currently offering primary doses and booster doses of the Moderna COVID vaccine every Wednesday morning from 8:00 to 8:30 am. Schedule your vaccine appointment by calling 615.790.0567.

COVID-19 testing is available at Mercy. If you believe you have any of the below symptoms of COVID-19, please call ahead at 615.790.0567 to inquire about testing before visiting in person to Mercy Community Healthcare.

Common COVID-19 symptoms:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
