Job Shadowing
Are you making a decision about entering the nursing field either as an LPN or RN?
Mercy offers job shadowing for a full day or part of the day. Shadowing a nurse is one of the best ways to gain insight into the career. While observing their time with patients and in our health center, you'll learn what it's like to work in different specialties as well as day-to-day responsibilities as a nurse or LPN.
