Mercy Community Healthcare is offering the Pfizer COVID vaccine to eligible ages in Franklin and Lewisburg.

Approved Use:

• Single dose glass prefilled syringe

• • 65 years of age and older
  • 12 years through 64 years of age with at least one underlying condition that puts them at high risk for severe outcomes from COVID-19

Mercy will only administer the COVID vaccine at the direction of the patient's Primary Care Provider. Patients will be unable to walk-in to obtain a COVID vaccine. A nurse visit may be scheduled; however, the nurse must first speak with the provider to obtain an order prior to administration.

The Covid vaccine is an additional charge for patients without insurance.
