LEADERSHIP TEAM

Scheduling Appointments

To make an appointment, please call our office during normal business hours at 615.790.0567 and follow the prompts for our scheduling department which will direct you to a patient services representative who will assist you.

We want to provide all of our patients with great customer service while making sure that each receives the medical attention they need to be well. The following tips will help ensure that you make the most of your appointment:

Arrive Early

Arrive Early

For your first appointment please bring all medications you are currently taking with you so we can have an accurate list of your current medications. At each visit we will ask you if your medications have changed and if your medications have changed, please bring that medication in the pill bottle it was prescribed, so that we may see it and added to your current list. Plan on arriving 15 to 20 minutes before your appointment to fill out any necessary patient registration.
No Show Policy

No Show Polic

If you need to miss an appointment for any reason, please be sure to contact Mercy immediately. Failure to notify us prior to missing an appointment will prevent other patients from timely access to the care they need and could limit your future access to care. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a no show. If a patient receives 3 no shows in a 12-month time period the patient could be discharged from the practice.
