Mercy pediatric providers help ensure that your child is thriving and meeting appropriate developmental goals as well as staying up-to-date on vaccination schedules.

And when your child isn’t feeling well, evaluating your child’s symptoms, determining the cause of the problem and prescribing the necessary treatment will help put you at ease.

Mercy welcomes TennCare (Medicaid), CoverKids, Medicare and most commercial insurance plans in addition to a sliding fee self-pay program for uninsured patients.

Adult Primary Care

Your primary care provider is your first contact for general health issues, annual screenings and questions about your health for well and sick visits. Mercy providers are board certified in their fields.

Mental Health

Mercy believes that healing incorporates an integrated approach to treating the whole person; body, mind and spirit. Licensed therapists and counselors work hand-in-hand with patients’ primary care providers to care for the whole person. Patients are guided to navigate life’s challenges in a faith-based environment.


This integrated care model is available for both children and adults.

Every person is welcome at Mercy and we always accept new patients! Seventy-three percent of patients are either uninsured or underinsured and typically fall in the 200% of the federal poverty level.

With donor support from caring individuals, area churches, businesses, nonprofits and philanthropic organizations, Mercy provides excellent health care for ALL.

We believe that a person's health is equally dependent upon physical, mental and spiritual health. Our medical providers practice traditional medicine. Our mental health providers work in tandem with primary care and offer counseling and psychiatry. 

Mercy's Patient & Family Support program goes a step further to connect patients with the nonmedical factors that influence health outcomes.
